ShareTheRich celebrates 5 years!

Hey guys!! Today is a very special day! It’s the 5-year anniversary of ShareTheRich! 5 years ago, I hired a transformational coach. I had no idea what to expect but I was stuck, and I knew I wanted more out of life. I had all of these ideas about my career and possibly entrepreneurship but I wasn’t sure how to get there. To be honest, at that point in my career and life I was underpaid, felt undervalued, and my confidence both personally and professionally was low.

You ever heard people say that you should be grateful for a job? I hate that statement (it means something different during this COVID-19 time) but I mean in general. Typically, when people make that statement some internalize it to mean-stay where you are, and even though you are underpaid you should be thankful to have something. In my opinion, that verbiage is settling verbiage. What it doesn’t do is empower you to be uncomfortable to grow, aspire, and obtain.

I am so happy I had a coach to guide me into confidence with the ability to see myself as amazing and valuable. 5 years later Business #1 is thriving, I started a second business in 2018, have written 2 books (one of which is available at TARGET), received my Ph.D., My Salesforce Admin Cert, Green Belt Six Sigma and more! All with a spirit of thankfulness, joy, humility, and empowerment! Coaching works!

The biggest takeaway is to believe in yourself. Invest in yourself! A seed I planted 5 years ago led me to the life I have always wanted.

Don’t be afraid- happiness is on the other side of fear and doubt.
